Terms and conditions for SouthWest BikeTours

• You will be responsible for paying for any extra`s ie drinks direct to the hotel .They are not included in the tour cost.
• In the event that you have to cancel you may transfer the booking but will remain liable for all costs incurred and there will be a £10 administration fee.
• All deposits are non refundable
• The relevant deposit to be included with the booking form.
• Balance of account to be paid 30 days before departure for Tours .15 days for day rides.
